A significant milestone was the appointment of Jewish progressive lawyer Felicia Langer as Honorary Chair of the Alliance. Langer passed away in 2018.

In 2018, British parliamentarian Chris Williamson was appointed Honorary Chair of the Alliance. He stepped down in 2025 and is currently a member of the Workers Party of Britain.

The current Honorary Chair of the Alliance is Peter Eisenstein.
He is Deputy Chairperson of the Norwegian political party Fred og Rettferdighet - FOR, and board member of the Norwegian Palestine Committee, Oslo.
